Master in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion from the Bandeirante Uni- versity of São Paulo. Degree in Physiotherapy from the ABC University of Education and Culture. Post Graduation in Exercise Physiology at Paulista School of Medicine. He is currently Senior Physiotherapist at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. Coordinator of the Postgraduate Degree in Aquatic Rehabilitation and the refresher course in neurological aquatic physiotherapy at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. Professor of the physiotherapy course at the City of São Paulo University - UNICID. Has experience in Physiotherapy, acting in the following areas: Aquatic Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Neurology and Sport.

Establishing Efficiency & Effectiveness of Aquatic Therapy Services in a clinical Environment – Experiences of a Therapist

He has done his Masters in PT (Neurological & Psychosomatic Disorders), and is currently working as Physiotherapy Specialist - Aquatic Therapy and as a Team Lead for managing Hydrotherapy Facility at Qatar Rehabilitation Institute, Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar

 

He has been a Former Associate Professor and Clinician for the past two decades. He has been Certified in Halliwick concept by International Halliwick Association, certified practitioner in WST (Water Specific therapy) & BRRM at Switzerland under IATF board. His pursuit in aquatic therapy has taken him on a long journey of learning and educating.  

 

He is an Ai Chi Instructor (certified by Aqua Dynamics Institute, Japan), WATSU® Practitioner (registered under WABA), Assistant Lecturer for Water Specific Therapy under International Aquatic Therapy Faculty (IATF), WATSU ® - Assistant Instructor and an AEA certified Aqua Fitness Professional – AFP

 

In his perseverance to spread the work of water, he became the founder President of “Aquatic Therapy Network of India” and has been the resource person for Aquatic Therapy Foundation Course that amalgamates all his learning and clinical experiences. Currently working at QRI, his experiences are being garnered in policy making and improving efficiency & effectiveness of Aquatic Therapy Facility. 

 

He has been presenting his research work in Aquatic therapy conferences and has been a Key note speaker for Aquatic therapy in Physiotherapy Conferences. His friendly attitude, his open mind to receive fresh ideas and innovative thinking are some key factors to observe when you meet him.

Graduated in 2002 in physiotherapy at the Catholic University of Rome (Italy). Specialized in aquatic therapy and manual osteopathic therapy. Since 2003 he is director of the Aquatic Rehabilitation Department of Ronciglione, where he studied and created a new method, which after 12 years of study he called Aquatic Manual Therapy. Since 2015 he has presented research studies on this method in the most prestigious international congresses and has been a lecturer in many countries.

In 2018 he founded International Aquatic Manual Therapy Organization, which is responsible for research and development of the Aquatic Manual Therapy method in all countries of the world.
